Do you offer video or phone sessions?
Yes. While in-person meetings are preferred, telehealth options are available for all in-state clients.
How long is a typical session?
A therapy clinical hour is 50 minutes. You are welcome to book more than one clinical hour, but this is a typical session.
How do I pay?
You may pay by cash, check, Venmo, credit card, or most HSA cards.
Do you accept insurance?
Though we do not take insurance, we can give you a clinical superbill (receipt for services) for you to file with your insurance company for potential mental health reimbursement.
May I cancel a session?
If you cancel outside the appropriate time frame (48 hours), you will not be charged. If you cancel inside the 48-hour window, you will be charged 50%.
